1) When you book your first appointment, please read the FAQ page before coming in.

​2) You must be 18 years or older to book or bring a guardian to sign your consent form if you are under 18.

​3) Please shower or freshen up before your appointment. I do provide wet wipes at the studio for your convivence. 

4) Please do not make phone calls, facetime or record during your service. Listening to music, texting, or scrolling to distract yourself is fine, however, phone calls and facetime is often disruptive to your service.

5) No children or extra guests. One adult (16 or older) is fine if you need moral support!

6) Due to a high volume of clients, please book your appointment a week or two in advance or at the end of your service.

7) 50% of your service will be charged via Square for late cancellations and no shows. 50% of your service will be charged if you are running more than 6 minutes late and your service will be canceled.

8) 48 hour cancellation policy and 6 minute late policy. If you are running more than 6 minutes late it is not guaranteed that you can be seen.

9) Appointments that take longer than an hour must be scheduled before 5PM. This includes but is not limited to 3+ body services, full legs, and full body.

10) People with one or more no shows on file, or 2 or more late arrivals on file will have to put down deposits of 50% before coming in. The other half of your service will be due at the time of your appointment. Further no shows and late arrivals will result in the surrendering of your deposit and you will be taken off my books.

11) Screaming is not tolerated. Swearing and asking for breaks is fine. Under no circumstances will screaming be tolerated. You will receive one warning, if screaming continues the service will be stopped. Additionally, intentional hitting, kicking, and violent jumping will not be tolerated. One warning will be given. If the behavior continues the service will be stopped. I will always do my best to help manage your pain to the best of my ability and guide you through the process, however these behaviors are unacceptable.
